What Is an Interact Form?

Collect contact details, event sign-ups, feedback, and other information using the same builder and design tools as Interact quizzes.

Written by Damaris Pacheco

Interact Forms help you collect information from your audience. You can find them under Forms in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

You’ll be able to:

  • Understand how forms differ from quizzes

  • Add questions and customize your form’s design

  • Preview, publish, and share your form

  • View, export, and manage responses

  • Set up email notifications

🧪 Beta: Interact Forms is currently in beta for testing. Features may change as we gather feedback and make improvements.

How Interact Forms Work

A quiz gives each person a result based on their answers. A form collects answers, and everyone who completes it sees the same ending screen.

Every form has three parts:

Part

What it includes

Welcome screen

A heading, a short description, and a start button

Questions

One question per screen, with a progress bar and a back arrow so people can change earlier answers

Ending screen

A thank-you message and an optional button linking to a page you choose

💡 Note: You can view responses in Interact, export them as a CSV, or receive an email each time someone submits your form.
