Accessing your Clickfunnels site
Step 1: Log in to ClickFunnels
Go to the left-hand side of the dashboard and select Apps
Then select "Site Pages"
Step 2: Select a Site page you want to embed your quiz onto
and hit the Pencil to edit.
If you do not have a site, please create one by clicking on "new site page".
Step 3: On the site page, go to Pop-up
Then click on "edit settings"
Step 4: Click on "Add new section"
Step 5: Select a section of your preference
I recommend selecting a "blank selection"
Step 6: Select a Row
Click on 1 column
Step 7: Go to the search elements bar
In the search bar type in "custom"
Select "HTML/JS" button
Step 8: The block for "custom Javascript/HTML" will populate
Keep this page open. You will now go get the pop-up embed code from the Interact dashboard.
Accessing your Quiz Pop-up code
Step 1: Open your Interact dashboard and click “Share & Embed” on the quiz you want to add to the ClickFunnels site.
Step 2: Click on "Popup" on the left side bar
and click the “Javascript” tab.
Step 3: Activate your Pop-up
In the box that comes up, click on "Popup" on the left sidebar and the “Javascript” tab appears.
Toggle on the button for “Activate the quiz to promote.” You can have 1 quiz popup running at a time.
Step 4: Customize your popup with the desired options
We recommend a “Timer Delay” of 5-10 seconds, meaning your web browser will see the popup that many seconds after they get on your page.
We suggest a “Hiatus” of at least 10 days. This means once your web browser sees the popup they won’t see it again for that number of days when returning to your site.
Step 5: "Optional" You can create your own pop-up rules
These rules allow you to add the pop-up to certain landing pages only
or to prevent them from popping up on certain landing pages.
This is not a required step, you can skip this step and move on to the next one if desired.
Step 6: Copy pop-up code
Once copied, head back over to the Clickfunnels site
Embedding the quiz as a pop-up in your Clickfunnels site
Step 1: Click on the "Custom Javascript/HTML" button
Then on the right-hand side of the editor click on "open code editor"
Step 2: Paste pop-up embed code on the box that populates
Step 3: Click on Save
You can now preview the pop-up
Step 4: Go to your site and make sure the popup is displaying correctly.
