In this article we will look at how you can use interact quiz builder to add a quiz popup to your Showit landing page. Before beginning this process you'll need to create a quiz for your site.

Step 1: Log in to your interact dashboard and click "Share & Embed" on your quiz you want to popup.

In the box that comes up, click on "Popup" on the left sidebar and the “Javascript” tab appears.

Toggle on the button "Promote the popup" under the “Activate the quiz to promote” section. You can have 1 quiz popup running at a time.

Step 2: Customize your popup with the desired options.

We recommend a “Timer Delay” of 5-10 seconds, meaning your web browser will see the popup that many seconds after they get on your page.

And we suggest a “Hiatus” of at least 10 days. This means once your web browser sees the popup they won’t see it again for that number of days when returning to your site.

Step 3: Click “Copy Code.”

Step 4: Now go over to Showit and open the landing page you want your quiz popup to appear on.

Step 5: Ensure you’re on the Home page, then on the bottom right side of the page click "Advanced Settings.”

Step 6: Paste the embed code from interact into the box “Custom Head HTML” and click “Save.”

Step 8: Go to your landing page and make sure the popup is displaying correctly. You can go back to step 2 and edit settings in interact quiz builder to change how/when the popup shows up and how it looks.
