Which Analytics Are Available On Each Interact Plan

This guide helps you compare the analytics features offered in different Interact plans, ensuring you choose the right subscription for your needs.

Please Note: Lead Generation must be fully enabled to access lead data. Once activated, you can start collecting leads, and the opt-in form will appear to your quiz takers after answering the last quiz question, but before receiving their result.


Lite Plan Analytics Overview

With the Lite Plan, you can access essential quiz tracking through the Analytics Overview and Leads tabs.

Overview Tab

The Overview Tab displays key quiz performance metrics:

  • Views: The total number of people who click on your quiz link.

  • Starts: The number of people who begin answering quiz questions.

  • Completions: Quiz takers who view the results page but do not submit the opt-in form.

  • Leads: People who submit their email via the opt-in form (all captured leads are shown in this tab).

Lite Plan's Leads Tab

The Leads tab lets you view and manage your lead data, including email addresses and quiz results.

Exporting Leads and Quiz Data

To view your lead details, including opt-in form information and answer choices, you can download the data manually:

Step 1: Go to the Leads section under the Analytics tab.

Step 2: Click Download Leads to generate a .CSV file.

Step 3: Choose the date range, data fields and quiz questions you want to include in the file. Then select "Create Download File."

Please Note: For more advanced analytics, including a detailed breakdown of Results and Questions & Answers, you will need to upgrade to the Growth or Pro Plan.


Growth and Pro Plan Analytics

In addition to the analytics included in the Lite Plan, the Growth and Pro Plans offer advanced insights designed to provide a more comprehensive understanding of quiz performance and user engagement.

Growth and Pro Leads Tab

Under Leads, you can access detailed lead information, including:

  • Completion Time: See how long it took each lead to finish the quiz.

  • View Individual Quiz Responses: Review each lead’s quiz answer choices.


Growth and Pro Results Tab

The Results tab provides a detailed breakdown of how quiz takers engage with your quiz results, including the ability to see your top-performing results. Key data include:

  • Views: Track how many people viewed each quiz result.

  • Leads: See how many people who viewed a result who also submitted their email.

  • Skips: Identify users who viewed the result page but chose not to complete the opt-in form.

  • Call-to-Action (CTA) Button Clicks: Track how many users clicked on your result page's call-to-action button.


Growth and Pro Questions & Answers Tab

The Questions & Answers tab provides deeper engagement insights, allowing you to:

  • Track Non-Leads: Analyze quiz responses from all users, not just those who opted in.

  • Question Data Breakdown: Review how users answer each question and monitor engagement and drop-off rates throughout the quiz.


Growth and Pro Advanced Tab

The Advanced tab provides deeper insights into quiz performance with key metrics like:

  • Total Aggregated Events: View the total number of actions and interactions that have occurred across your quiz.

  • Conversion Rate: Track the percentage of quiz takers who converted into leads.


Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I view my leads after canceling my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription or do not maintain an active plan, you will no longer be able to view past leads or collect new ones.

2. Can I view all the top results a lead received in Analytics if I have Multiple Results enabled?

When you enable the "Show Multiple Results" feature, the quiz taker will see the percentages of the top results they received at the end of the quiz. This will appear on the results page.

However, only the top result (the highest percentage) will be stored in your Analytics and sent to your email marketing platform.

3. Is it possible to access Analytics without an active subscription?

No, you need an active subscription (Lite, Growth, or Pro) to access Analytics.
