New users can sign up for Interact's Free plan. This doc answers the most common questions about what's included, the features and limits of the plan, and how it works.
What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes:
2 quizzes
100 completions per month
1 seat
Lead generation (collect leads through your opt-in form)
Lead analytics (only)
Email support
The Free plan does not include:
Integrations
Branching logic
Result page CTAs
Landing page redirects
Rich text links in content
Conversion tracking
Add your own logo
or the ability to remove Interact branding from quizzes

Who can sign up for the Free plan?
Only new users signing up for Interact for the first time can choose the Free plan.
Current paying customers cannot cancel their subscription to move to the Free plan.
⚠️ Warning: If you cancel an active paid subscription, your quizzes will be turned off and you'll need to resubscribe to a paid subscription to turn them back on.
What counts as a completion?
A completion is counted any time a quiz taker reaches the results of your quiz, whether or not they opt in with their email on the lead capture form.
What happens if I hit my completion limit?
Once you reach 100 completions in a billing cycle, your quiz is turned off for the remainder of that cycle.
You'll get an email when you're at 80% of your limit, and again at 100%, so you're not caught off guard.
💡 Note: If you don't want your quiz turned off, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
When does my completion limit reset?
Your limit resets at the end of your billing cycle. For Free plan users, that's based on your original sign-up date, not the calendar month.
For example, if you sign up on July 15th, your completion limit will reset on August 15th, and then on the 15th of each following month, not on the 1st.
How do I collect leads on the Free plan without integrations?
Free plan users can collect leads through their quiz's opt-in form and download them as a CSV file.
Direct integrations with email marketing tools aren't available on the Free plan, so you'll need to export and upload your leads manually if you want to use them elsewhere.
If I upgrade and then cancel, do I go back to the Free plan?
No. If you sign up for the Free plan, upgrade to a paid plan, and then cancel that your subscription, you won't be moved back to the Free plan.
