How to Upgrade your Subscription

This article explains how to upgrade your Interact subscription plan.

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

  • An active Interact account

  • A valid payment method on file

You can view the features included with each plan on the Interact Pricing page.


Updating your Monthly Subscription

  1. Log into your Interact account.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on Billing.

  4. Next to the Monthly Subscription, click on Change Plan.

  5. The following Yearly plans will appear:

  6. You can toggle from Yearly to Monthly Plans.

  7. Hit Subscribe to select your desired subscription plan.

  8. Review your subscription details and click Confirm to complete the upgrade.


Updating your Annual Subscription

  1. Log into your Interact account.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on Billing.

  4. Next to the Annual Subscription, click on Change Plan.

  5. The following Yearly plans will appear:

  6. If you would like to switch from an annual subscription to a monthly subscription, please contact our support team using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your Interact dashboard.

    Our team will be happy to assist you with this change.

  7. Hit Subscribe to select your desired subscription plan.

  8. Review your subscription details and click Confirm to complete the upgrade.

When does my upgrade take effect?

Your upgraded subscription becomes active immediately after the payment is processed.

Can I switch between Monthly and Annual billing?

You can switch from a Monthly plan to an Annual plan directly from the Billing page. If you would like to switch from an Annual plan to a Monthly plan, please chat our support for assistance.
