How to cancel your subscription
Step 1: Log in to your Interact dashboard and stay on the home page
From there, hover over to the top right-hand side of the dashboard and click on the area where your email is located
Step 2: From the list of options, click on "Account"
Step 3: Under subscriptions settings,
Click on "cancel subscription."
Step 4: Nothing else needs to be done; you are all set!

What will happen to my quizzes and lead data after I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription,
You will have access to your account until the end of the current subscription period. Afterward, your published quizzes will no longer be available online but will be saved in draft form in your account for up to one year. At that point, if you do not reactivate your subscription, your account will be purged. .
