Interact’s new dashboard and quiz builder experience
Interact recently completed a multi-year effort to modernize our web application for managing and creating Interact quizzes. This new dashboard is available at app.tryinteract.com, and we’re excited to have you try it out!

Why did you create a new dashboard?
Interact’s previous quiz dashboard (dashboard.tryinteract.com) was released in 2016 – it’s almost 10 years old! In internet years… that’s a long time.
While dashboard.tryinteract.com is stable and continues to reliably serve customers, web technologies and best practices have changed a lot since its original release. The new dashboard uses a modern web technology stack and is easier to maintain, debug and extend with new features. That last part is the most important – we’ll be releasing new features for the new dashboard regularly, to make your quiz building experience even better.
Will all my existing quizzes work in app.tryinteract.com?
Yes! All your existing quizzes are compatible with the new builder and will automatically show up there when you log in. You can open them up via the new dashboard and edit them just as you did before.
Can I still use the old dashboard?
We understand that learning a new application takes time. The current dashboard, dashboard.tryinteract.com, will be available through Jan 10, 2027. at which point it will be officially sunsetted. We encourage everyone to start using the new dashboard. If you have issues or feedback while using it, please reach out to us. Our engineering team is here to support you during the transition, and we want to make sure the product works just as well (or better!) than the previous one.
I found a bug in the new dashboard. How do I get help?
We’d love to hear from you! Please continue to use the Support chat feature within the new dashboard (the chat icon in the bottom right of the application), and select the “Report New Dashboard Bug” option from the menu when starting a chat. If chat is unavailable in your plan, reach out to support@tryinteract.com to report a bug, suggest a feature, or provide general feedback.
