Quiz Analytics helps you track traffic, results performance, and lead capture (when Lead Generation is enabled).
You’ll be able to:
Confirm Lead Generation is fully enabled (required for lead data)
Access Analytics from your Interact dashboard
Understand what you can see in Leads, Overview, Results, and Questions & Answers
Troubleshoot common reasons a test lead doesn’t appear
How This Works
Before reviewing Analytics, it helps to understand what controls whether lead data is available.
Leads are only recorded when Lead Generation is fully enabled on the quiz.
When it’s enabled:
The opt-in form always appears to the quiz taker after answering the last quiz question.
Quiz takers can submit their email before seeing their result
Submitted emails and associated quiz data appear in Analytics
⚠️ Lead Generation must be fully enabled to access lead data. If it isn’t enabled, you won’t see lead records for that quiz.
Step 1: Confirm Lead Generation is enabled
Before you expect to see any lead records, confirm Lead Generation is fully enabled for the quiz you’re checking.
To do so:
Log in to the Interact dashboard and click Edit to open the quiz
In the left sidebar, click Lead Generation
Lead Generation should say ON
⚠️ Important Warning: If Lead Generation is not fully enabled, you will not be able to access lead data for that quiz in Analytics.
Step 2: Access Analytics
Step 3: Leads tab
In Analytics, click Leads to view and manage your lead data, including captured emails and quiz results.
To view an individual lead record:
Find the lead you want to review.
Click the three dots next to the lead.

💡 Note: The Leads tab is available on the Free plan and all paid plans (Lite, Growth, and Pro), as long as Lead Generation is fully enabled.

Leads: People who submit their email via the opt-in form.
💡 Note: The Overview tab is available on Lite, Growth, and Pro Subscription Plans.

The Results tab provides a detailed breakdown of how quiz takers engage with your quiz results, including the ability to see your top-performing results. Key data include:

FAQ
Can I view all the top results a lead received in Analytics if I have Multiple Results enabled?
Can I view all the top results a lead received in Analytics if I have Multiple Results enabled?
When you enable the "Show Multiple Results" feature, the quiz taker will see the percentages of the top results they received at the end of the quiz. This will appear on the results page.
However, only the top result (the highest percentage) will be stored in your Analytics and sent to your email marketing platform.
