Steps for this integration:

Step 1: Set up your Interact quiz results.

To show your quiz takers their quiz result right away, create quiz result pages in your Interact account.

To send quiz results without showing them, title the quiz result in Interact so you know which result they got, and include a thank you note or preview of their quiz result, telling your lead to go check their inbox to get their full result.

Step 2: In your Flodesk account, click Audience then click Segments.

Step 3: Click New segment, name the segment as one of your quiz results and click Save. Create 1 segment for each of your quiz results.

Step 4: Click Workflows then click New Workflow and start from scratch or use a template. Name your workflow, click Save, then write your email to include the quiz result information.

Step 5: Click Add trigger. In the Begin this workflow when dropdown choose A subscriber is added to segment(s) then choose the related segment that this quiz result is for. Click Publish.

Step 6: Repeat steps 4 and 5 to create 1 workflow for each of your quiz results.

Step 7: Open the quiz in your Interact Quiz Maker Account and toggle On the Lead Generation button. Configure the quiz opt in form to your liking then click Save & Continue.

Step 8: Choose Zapier from the Direct Integrations list. Copy the Interact API Key and open your Zapier account to authorize your Flodesk account to Interact.

Step 9: Login to your Zapier account and click Make A Zap.

Step 10: Choose Interact as the Trigger App. Select New Lead as the Trigger Event and click Continue.

Step 11: Click Connect an Account, paste the Interact API Key you copied in Step 8, and click Continue.

Step 12: Choose your quiz from the dropdown and then click Continue.

Step 13: Test your connection to Interact by clicking Test Trigger. This will pull in test leads, ie. Lead A. Click Continue.

Step 14: Choose Flodesk as the Action App. Select Create/Update Subscriber as the Trigger Event and click Continue.

Step 15: Log in to your Flodesk account and hit Continue.

Step 16: In the Segment field, select the segment for your first quiz result. In the Email field choose Email example@test.com from the dropdown and in the First Name field choose First Name Interact. Match up any other fields that you have on your Interact quiz opt in form, ie. Last Name then click Continue.

Step 17: Click the + icon between the Trigger and Action boxes in your Zap and choose Filter.

Step 18: Select 1. Tag from the Choose field dropdown. Select Text Contains in the Choose condition field dropdown. Type in your quiz result (as it matches the result title in Interact) in the Enter text or insert data field. Then click Continue.

Step 19: At the bottom of the Zap, click Test Action to confirm the Zap works. If so, click Publish.

Step 20: Repeat steps 9 through 19 for each of your quiz results. You should have 1 Zap per quiz result.

Step 21: Return to Interact and press Activate Connection to finish the set up within Interact.

Step 22: Click Publish, then click Publish Changes.
