Send your quiz takers their quiz results via email using Flodesk.

Set Up Your Quiz Results

Step 1: Go to your Quiz Dashboard in Interact.

Step 2: Decide how you want to display quiz results:

  • Show the full quiz results immediately.

  • Email the full quiz results to leads.

Option 1: Show Results Immediately

  • Create a full quiz result page in your Quiz Dashboard.

  • Quiz takers will see their results right after completing the quiz.

Option 2: Send Results by Email Only

If you prefer to send results by email without showing them on the result page, you have two options:

  • Option A: Name each quiz result clearly in Interact. On the result page, include a short thank-you note or a preview of the result, directing leads to check their inbox.

  • Option B: Use unique result titles and maintain a separate reference document (e.g., Google Doc) to match titles with corresponding results. This allows tracking without revealing results upfront.


Create Quiz Result Emails in Flodesk

Step 1: In Flodesk, go to Audience. Under Audience, select Segments.

Step 2: Create a segment for each quiz result by clicking "New Segment."

  • Tip: Name each segment the same as your quiz result for easy tracking.

Step 3: To set up automated emails, click Workflows and then "New Workflow."

  • Choose to start from scratch or use a template.

  • Name your workflow and click Save.

  • Write your email to include the quiz result details.

Step 6: Add a trigger to the workflow:

  • Click Add Trigger.

  • Select A subscriber is added to segment(s).

  • Choose the segment associated with the quiz result.

  • Click Publish.

Step 7: Repeat steps 3-6 for each quiz result.
