How to Do a Full Disconnect from Your Integration/ Email Marketer in Interact

Learn how to fully disconnect and reconnect your email marketing integrations in Interact—or add a new account—to ensure your quizzes pull the most up-to-date lists, tags, and settings.

Why a Full Disconnect is Important

  • If you create a new account in your email marketing platform or make updates like new lists or tags, simply disconnecting and reconnecting under Lead Generation may not refresh your data.

  • A full disconnect ensures your quiz pulls the most up-to-date information from your email marketing platform.


Completing a Full Disconnect

Step 1: Log in to your Interact dashboard and locate your username in the top right corner.

Step 2: Click on your username and select Connected Accounts.

Step 3: Find your email integration and click Disconnect.

  • Select "Confirm Disconnect"

  • This removes the integration completely from your account.


Reconnect Inside Quiz Editor

Step 1: Locate your quiz and hit "Edit" in your dashboard.

Step 2: Go to the Lead Generation tab and Disconnect and reconnect your integration here.

Step 2: You’ll be prompted to re-authenticate your email account.

Step 3: Verify Connection

  • Ensure your integration shows as connected and that new lists, tags, or settings appear correctly.
