This guide walks you through embedding an Interact quiz in HubSpot using a direct embed. You’ll be able to:

Preview and publish your post so the quiz is live

- Copy the correct Interact embed code
- Insert the quiz into a HubSpot blog post

- An active Interact account
- At least one quiz created in Interact
- Access to edit HubSpot blog posts

💡 Note: If you don’t see the quiz load while editing, use Preview or publish the post and test the live URL.

Step 1. Get your Interact Embed Code

From your Interact dashboard, find the quiz you want to embed.

Click Share &amp; Embed on that quiz.

Click Embed Code on the left sidebar.

1. Log in to Interact.
2. From your Interact dashboard, find the quiz you want to embed.
3. Click Share &amp; Embed on that quiz.
 
 
4. Click Embed Code on the left sidebar.
5. Click the Javascript tab.
6. Click Copy Code.

❗ Important: Use the embed code from the Javascript tab for this HubSpot embed method.

Step 2. Add the Embed Code to HubSpot

Click Content, then select Blog.

Click Create to create a new blog post, or open an existing post to edit.

In the blog editor, place your cursor where you want the quiz to appear.

Under Insert, select Embed.

Paste your Interact quiz embed code into the URL or embed code box.

1. Log in to HubSpot.
2. Click Content, then select Blog.

4. In the blog editor, place your cursor where you want the quiz to appear.
5. Click Insert.
 
 
6. Under Insert, select Embed.
 
 
7. Paste your Interact quiz embed code into the URL or embed code box.
 
 
8. Click Insert.

⚠️ Warning: If you paste the code into a normal text area instead of using Insert → Embed, HubSpot may display the code as text or modify it.

Step 3. Preview and publish your post

Click Preview to confirm the quiz appears where you embedded it.

Click Publish (or Update if you’re editing an existing post).

⚠️ Remember: If you change the embed code, you must Update the post again for the changes to go live.

Open the live blog post URL in an incognito/private browser window.

Start and complete the quiz to confirm the flow works through the results.

- Some embeds don’t fully render in the editor view. Click Preview, or Publish/Update, then test the live page.

Why isn’t the quiz showing while I’m editing?

- This usually happens if the code wasn’t added through Insert → Embed, or if the wrong embed type was copied. Re-copy the code from Embed Code → Javascript → Copy Code, then re-insert it using Insert → Embed.
