Go to Analytics for one of your quizzes, polls, or giveaways. Then click on the Leads tab.
Deleting a Lead:
Expand a lead and click on the Delete or Download Lead button. Then follow the steps in the prompt to confirm lead data removal. See image below:
Downloading a Lead (CSV or JSON format):
Expand a lead and click on the Delete or Download Lead button. Then follow the steps in the prompt to download lead data in Comma Separated Values (.CSV) or JSON (.txt) format. See instructions below:
Deleting Multiple Leads (All or by Date Range)
Click the gear icon next to Download Leads. Then click on Delete Multiple Leads. Follow the steps in the prompt to continue deleting. See instructions below:
Downloading Multiple Leads
Click the the Download Leads button. Then select the date range of leads you'd like to download. Follow the steps in the prompt to generate your download file. You will also be able to select what data you'd like to be included in the file:
