Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
On the homepage, hover over the quiz you want to access
Click on your "Analytics" tab
Step 2: Once in your Analytics section, hover over to the "Leads" section
Then Click on "download leads."
Step 3: Select the "fields" You want to download
Then click on "download."
The file will auto-save in your computer files.
How to Download multiple leads
Step 1: Once in your Analytics section, hover over to the "Leads" section
Step 2: On the left-hand side, select the multiple leads you want
Then select "download leads."
Step 3: Select the "fields" You want to download
Then click on "download."
The file will auto-save in your computer files.
How to Delete a Lead
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
On the homepage, hover over the quiz you want to access
Click on your "Analytics" tab
Step 2: Once in your Analytics section, hover over to the "Leads" section
Then click on the " 3 dots" on the right-hand side and click "delete."
Step 3: Confirm you want to delete the lead
Then click "delete."
Please keep in mind that once you delete a lead, it cannot be undone.
How to Delete Multiple Leads
Step 1: Once in your Analytics section, hover over to the "Leads" section
Multi-select the leads you want to delete on the left-hand side
Then click on "delete."
Step 2: Confirm you want to delete the leads
Then click "delete."
Please keep in mind that once you delete a lead, it cannot be undone.
