How Scored (Tally) Quizzes Work
A scored-style quiz works by tallying the points from the answers a quiz taker selects. The total score falls into a defined score range, which determines the result or outcome the quiz taker receives.
Every answer choice for each question has a point value, and the outcome is based on the total points accumulated as the quiz taker progresses.
Scored quizzes have two main settings: Questions and Results.
Setting Scores for Questions
Step 1: Click “Set Answer Scores” for a quiz question.
Step 2: Assign a point value to each answer choice according to your scoring system.
⚠️ Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for every question in your quiz.
Configuring Score Ranges for Results
Step 1: On the Results page, click “Score Ranges.”
Step 2: Define the score ranges that correspond to each result or outcome.

Step 2: Choose whether to display the quiz taker’s score.

💡 Tip: To show a score out of the total possible points, customize the Score Text.
For example: “Out of 12, you scored .”
