Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why does my image appear pixelated?
Images are automatically compressed to balance performance and resolution. However, certain text or colors may appear more pixelated than others due to this compression.
To improve image quality, we recommend using a design tool like Canva, where you can create images with the exact recommended dimensions before uploading them.
2. What are the best image sizes for my quiz?
For the best display, use the following recommended image sizes:
Cover Page: 900px by 400px
Result Page: 700px by 400px
Text Question Images: 900px by 400px
Image Answer Choices: 300px by 250px
Using Canva, you can create custom images with these dimensions, download them, and upload them to your quiz for optimal clarity.
3. Can I display all four image answers on the same line?
Currently, the layout for image answers is fixed and cannot be adjusted. If you have four answer choices, the system will always display three answers on the top row and one on the bottom. Unfortunately, this arrangement cannot be changed at this time.
